Who we are
Dongguan CCF Packaging Co., Ltd. was set up in 2000 and has made one category of product since: custom packaging. Not cartons and logistics, not trading and sourcing — rigid boxes, folding cartons, paper tubes, mailer boxes and the inserts that go inside them. Twenty-six years of that is the reason we can tell you in one reply whether your box should be rigid or folding, and what it will cost at 500 versus 1,000 versus 5,000 pcs.
The plant
One facility in Dalingshan, Dongguan, about two hours from Hong Kong and an hour from Shenzhen port. A 2,000 m² plant under one roof, with design, die-cutting, printing, foiling, laminating and hand assembly in the same building. Tooling does not travel between suppliers, which is what keeps a repeat order identical to the sample you signed.

What we do not do
Saying this up front saves both sides a week:
- We do not print on glass, metal or plastic. We make the box that goes around them.
- We do not do injection moulding or vacuum forming. Inserts are die-cut EVA, EPE, corrugated or card.
- We do not hold stock for drop-shipping. Every order is made to your specification.
- We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We are the quote that survives the second order.
How we work
Brief → digital mock-up → physical sample (3–5 working days, 7–10 for printed) → bulk (25–30 working days after artwork approval and deposit). Samples are approved against a physical swatch, not a screen. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% before shipment, T/T. Prices are EXW Dongguan or FOB Shenzhen, quoted with a four-week validity.
Who we make boxes for
Brands, retailers and distributors in more than 50 countries — mainly North America, Europe, the Gulf, Japan and Australia. Because our customers’ agreements do not allow us to list their names, we describe the work instead: a 3-design watch collection at 500 pcs per design; an 83-size dessert packaging range quoted in three tiers; a 5-design bakery launch at 300 pcs per design with food-grade board, inks and glue.
