Ordering
What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per design at catalogue pricing. Smaller runs are quoted with a one-off tooling charge, because the setup is the same whether we run 200 or 2,000.
Can I order less than 500 pcs?
Yes, and it is quoted with a setup charge. The unit price will be higher — that is arithmetic, not negotiation.
Is the tooling charge refundable?
The cutting die is a one-off cost; it stays with your design and is reused on every repeat order, so you pay it once.
Samples and lead time
How long does a sample take?
3–5 working days for stock structures, 7–10 working days if the sample is printed or foiled. Counted from artwork approval.
How long is bulk production?
25–30 working days after artwork approval and deposit. For peak-season orders (August–November) we build a buffer into the quote rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, a sample fee that is credited against the bulk order. If you go straight to bulk, the sample is free.
Technical
Do I need a die-line?
It helps, but it is not required. A drawing with size and structure, or a reference photo of an existing box, is enough to start. We will produce the die-line for you to check.
What artwork do you need?
Vector (AI, PDF, EPS) for print. For foil and emboss, a separate single-colour file of the mark at final size.
Can I change only the size of an existing box?
No — a different outside dimension means a new cutting die and is quoted as a separate design. Changing only the wrap, the lining or the foil colour on the same size is not a new design.
Commercial
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit, 50% before shipment, T/T. Prices are EXW Dongguan or FOB Shenzhen.
Who pays the freight?
You do, and we show it as a separate line so the unit price is not hiding it. For small runs freight can exceed the value of the goods — we will tell you before you commit.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. One plant in Dalingshan, Dongguan. You are welcome to visit or ask for a video walk-through of the line that will make your box.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO9001, FSC and BSCI. Ask for the PDFs and we will send them, along with which of your SKUs they apply to.
