What we collect
When you send an inquiry we store the name, email, company, country, product type, quantity and message you entered, plus the page you sent it from. We use it to answer your inquiry and to prepare a quotation.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a quote.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies. You can block them in your browser without losing access to the site.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for three years so that a repeat order can be quoted from the original specification. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
