Every box on this page is cut from an existing die. Changing the wrap, the lining, the insert cavity or the logo treatment is a re-run on the same tool, so it does not add tooling cost. Changing the outside dimensions means a new die, and we quote it as a separate design.
Open on every structure: wrap (printed art paper, velvet, PU leather, speciality paper) · lining (velvet, satin, microfibre, unlined board) · insert (die-cut EVA, flocked EVA, velvet-covered card, corrugated, foam) · logo (hot-foil, deboss, emboss, print — one or more positions) · colour matched to a Pantone reference on a physical sample.
Needs its own quote: a different outside size, a different opening direction, a two-piece structure where this sample is one piece, or a window cut into a wall.
