What you get
A sample made to your size and structure — same board, same wrap, same lining as production. Where the design allows, the logo is foiled or debossed on the sample so you can judge the finish, not just the shape. Samples are approved against a physical swatch, never against a screen.

How long it takes

Both sample and bulk clocks start at artwork approval. If the sample needs a change, the second round is faster, because the die and the artwork are already done.

- The size in mm, or a drawing / die-line if you have one
- The product that goes inside, and its weight
- Material and finish you have in mind — or a photo of something similar
- Artwork, if you want the logo on the sample
- Where the goods will ship to
A photo of an existing box you like is often faster than a written spec.
How it runs
- Send the brief — size, product, quantity, destination.
- Mock-up and quote — a digital mock-up, an indicative price, and the tooling shown as a separate line.
- Pay the sample fee — and the die, if a new die is needed. Both are credited later.
- Sample ships — approved, or revised once against your comments.
- Bulk run — 25–30 working days from artwork approval and deposit.
